Reporting a bug
The fastest way: open RideLens → Settings → Report a bug. The in-app button captures recent logs and your app version automatically. You see and approve the content before it's sent.
If the app is unstable or won't open, email support@ridelens.app with:
- App version (Settings → About, if you can open it)
- Phone model and Android version
- What you were doing when the issue happened
- Screenshot or screen recording if possible
What to expect
This is a small beta run by a solo developer. Response targets:
- Bug reports: within 24 hours.
- Feature requests: acknowledged within 48 hours, no commitment on timing.
- Critical issues (app crash on every offer, data loss): same day.
We are in the US Eastern Time Zone. Off-hours replies may be slower.
